The Magagna family’s business involvement in the sun shading sector goes back over 30 years, to the mid-Seventies, when the head of the family, Antonio, together with other partners, founded MAMIR (1976). The turning point came in the late Eighties: in 1989 MAMIR transformed into NEW MAMIR, a company owned and run exclusively by the Magagna family.

The production range includes awnings (arm, drop and dome awnings), tunnels, movable garages and gazebos of various kinds and sizes.

During the Nineties, the production range was extended considerably: ATTIKA was created and soon became the real “jewel in our crown”

Meanwhile, the company focuses on and specialised in the production of large covers and special sun protection systems, from aluminium and steel modular structures to the most different tension-structures conceived and manufactured on customers’ request.
